The price of our team building programmes is composed of the following: 1. Cost of implementation including: Design of the programme and programme activities; preparation of the trail prior to the group’s arrival; climbing and caving gear necessary for preparing the trail; personal gear to be used by the participants during the team building programme; guides for the individual teams; dismantling the trail after the end of the programme. 2. Cost of Back-up Safety Team for the programme (if necessary): This cost is required for adventure and adrenaline rush programmes that take place on a rough terrain or involve large groups of people (more than 20 participants). The cost will cover the professional fees of climbers, cavers, rafters and divers who will serve the programme challenges involving climbing, caving, rafting, water activities, etc. Throughout the team building programme, these professionals will ensure the safety of the exercise zones and the proper use of gear by the participants. 3. Travel expenses for our team: A one-day programme for the client will involve 2 to 3 days of work for our team depending of the level of difficulty of the terrain and programme activities (including pre-start preparation of the trail, implementation and dismantling). This item will also cover transportation costs for our team. 4. Insurance: Insurance covering risks related to outdoor activities and sports. If the participants in the team building programme are covered by company insurance, a copy of the respective insurance policy should be presented to our team prior to the implementation of the programme. 5. Value Added Tax.
6. Paintball, Yachting, Paragliding. 7. Refreshment points along the trail providing food and drinks. 8. Videotaping or photographs of the event by our professional crew. 9. Individual or group psychological assessment of the participants according to preset criteria. 10. Adaptation of the programme for foreign speakers (in English, French, German, Russian, Spanish, etc.).
The total price of every individual programme will depend on the number of participants, difficulty levels, the complexity of the landscape, and risk levels.
