PHOTO STORY: THE ISKAR RIVER VALLEY /Part three.../

The next activity in the team building programme The Iskar River Valley will take the team underground where the only torch in the group will stay with the guide. The other participants will follow the guide, hand in hand and step by step, to the exit of the cave, forming a bond of trust between team members. Once they are out in the open, they will piece together a puzzle containing information about their next goal.

The guide will help one of the ladies in the team to strap on the climbing gear. The team will need it on the final mission where they will find the last message.

“Dear team members, if you are all reading this, the fact that you are all together here and now is the best reward for your team. Certainly, each and every one of you will take home not only the moral reward, but also material prizes,” reads part of the final message.

The most important reward for us, the organisers of the activity, will be to see the joy and positive feelings in the faces of the participants.
