Our direct clients over the past three years have included telecommunication and oil companies, building companies, car dealerships, transportation providers, chain stores, advertising companies, computer and internet companies, design studios, and foreign embassies. We have worked with international teams from Russia and Romania. Some prominent clients have been Lukoil, BTC, Ětel, Cefin Iveco, Euromarket, Billa Bulgaria, and the US Embassy.

We make no distinctions between large and small companies. Quality and impact are our prime concern in every team building programme. Our media partner is the Bulgarian sports television Ring TV and we have a joint series of mountain and adventure films called Vertical Frontier.

The official sponsor of our team building programme is the French supplier of climbing gear Petzl, whose representative for Bulgaria is PIK 3000.

Our most recent adventure and adrenaline-rush programmes offering new locations and activities involved various departments of the construction company Euromarket.

In the pictures: Highlights from The Walls of Tsarevets and Underground Trails.

Our top programme The Iskar River Valley garnered most visits from the Bulgarian Telecommunication Company (BTC). Only a month after the telecom’s chief managers challenged the canyons near Karlukovo, Vivatel expanded its coverage to reach even the deepest cave in the region.

In the pictures: Highlights from Tarzan’s Jump, cracking a mind game, and the wet and arduous stretch to the finish.

A team from the mobile phone operator Mtel – their Prima cards sales department, made the longest boat journey down the Iskar River in our eponymous programme.

In the picture: The lady survivors and colleagues from the chain store Billa – Bulgaria, who also hugged the rope in the Iskar River Valley.

The team of Cefin, Iveco vehicle and truck dealer, holds the record for setting foot on the highest mountaintop. At the end of a strenuous trekking leg, the participants reached the rock pyramid of Banski Suhodol, a little-frequented summit offering a breathtaking panoramic view of the Pirin Mountain.

In the pictures: A view to the valley and the Vihren chalet, final yards before the summit, the first team makes it to the top. Find out more in our Mountain Echoes programme.

Our largest number of participants – 120 people joining the programme on the same day, came from Lukoil Burgas. We designed a special Jolly Roger scenario for the petrochemical party and the game took place in December in Sunny Beach. The brusque winter winds could not shake the team’s determination and by land and sea, under enemy fire, they pushed to reach their goal. A year after the programme’s premiere, Russian colleagues from Lukoil also joined the game.

In the pictures: One of the teams is cracking a puzzle at the mouth of the Hadjiiska River. Another team is caught in a paintball battlefield in an attempt to secure a piece of the map holding instructions to the finish line.

Our adventure games attracted the greatest numbers of foreign participants from Russia and Romania. Employees from the Romanian chain store Domo traversed the backwoods and the Batak dam in the Rhodope Mountain. Undaunted by the autumn rain, they persevered and found the prize buried on our Treasure Island. Find out more in our special programme, The Mountain of Orpheus.

In the pictures: A glimpse at a standard team building ground, crossing the forest maze on two tyres, and the team heading to the finish.

These pictures illustrate only a small fraction of our team building programmes. Every team building event is different in terms of content, length, or location. If the choices on our palette seem too many, please contact us and we will be happy to present the most appropriate offer according to your requirements.
