Project “Terra Incognita” starts in 1996 with the help of the Regional Ecological Center are made the first environmental and ecotourism documentaries.

During the first phase of the project are realized movies, presenting the natural potential of the Karst areas of the Danube’s Plane, North Black Sea Coast, around Kamen Bryag, Vitosha, Rila and Pirin Mountains. The second phase of the project contains films about the nature parks “Central Balkan” and “Strandzha”. The main goal of the project is to inform the public, using the power of the TV media, about the uniqueness of our wild nature, culture and history.

Ecotourism programmes, preserves, natural and historical sights, cultural and traditional elements combines into the stories of the realized scenes. The last two movies of the series are named “The Mountain Of The Morning Sun” and “On the Trains Of The Unknown Strandzha”. Ices climbing in the area of the North Dzhandem – Stara Planina and speleo - descending into Bratanovata Cave – Strandzha are part of the extreme moments in the movie.

The Project “Terra Incognita III” is realized in 2002-2003 with the cooperation of the Bulgarian- Switzerland Programme For Biodiversity Conservation
